A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour departure date as specified in the booking confirmation.

Please note:

  • Bank charges or payment gateway fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A 3% surcharge may apply for credit card payments.

3. Pricing

All tour prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may vary depending on:

  • Travel season
  • Group size
  • Hotel category
  • Availability of services

Asia Crafted Travel reserves the right to adjust prices due to:

  • Government taxes or policy changes
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Exchange rate fluctuations
  • Supplier price adjustments

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation fees may apply as follows:

  • 20+ days before departure: No cancellation fee (except non-refundable services such as flights or train tickets)
  • 19 – 10 days before departure: 15% cancellation fee
  • 9 – 7 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
  • 6 – 5 days before departure: 70% cancellation fee
  • 4 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee

Any bank or exchange fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Changes to Itinerary

Asia Crafted Travel reserves the right to adjust or modify itineraries due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Safety concerns
  • Government regulations
  • Unexpected operational issues

In such cases, alternative arrangements of similar value will be provided whenever possible.

6. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess:

  • Valid passports
  • Necessary visas
  • Required travel documentation

Asia Crafted Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry caused by incomplete or invalid travel documents.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Trip cancellations
  • Travel delays
  • Lost luggage

Asia Crafted Travel is not responsible for costs incurred due to travel disruptions without insurance coverage.
