Begin this 6-day program in dynamic Ho Chi Minh City, where you will spend the first day exploring the city at your leisure and soaking up the magnetic charm of this thriving city.

The second day of this Vietnam tour will take you to the tunnels of Cu Chi and gives you a glimpse of Ho Chi Minh City’s main landmarks. First travel northwest of Ho Chi Minh City where you will be lead through the jungle as your guide explains the history of the war, the ingenuity of the Cu Chi residents and the daily activities of the people.

Return to Ho Chi Minh City for lunch and in the afternoon visit the historic Reunification Palace, the Old Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral and the vibrant Ben Thanh Market where scenes of traditional Vietnamese living play out.

Leave behind the hustle and bustle of Vietnam’s biggest city and venture out to Phu Quoc, one of the regions least discovered beach destination. Offering the perfect contrast to the a couple of days in Ho Chi Minh, take to the soft white sands, explore the forested interior or indulge in some pampering at the resort. Phu Quoc makes for an idea undisturbed beach break either as an interlude to your Southeast Asia tour or a blissful conclusion.

Arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, your guide and private vehicle will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in.

After a long journey, the rest of the day is free at leisure to relax or explore the surrounding area at your own pace.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Depart Ho Chi Minh City at 08:00 in the morning for the drive to Cu Chi District, approximately 1.5 hours away (about 50 km). Leaving the bustling city behind, the scenery changes to peaceful rice paddies and rural villages typical of southern Vietnam.

Upon arrival, visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, an incredible underground network constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters during the French and American wars. Explore the preserved sections of the tunnels and learn about the daily life and survival strategies of the soldiers during wartime.

Return to Ho Chi Minh City.

In the afternoon, continue your city tour with a visit to the historic Reunification Palace, formerly known as the Presidential Palace, which played a significant role in the end of the Vietnam War in April 1975.

Continue to the Old Post Office and Notre Dame Cathedral, two of the most impressive French colonial structures in the city. The final stop is Ben Thanh Market, one of the liveliest and most colorful areas in Ho Chi Minh City.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Phu Quoc Island (approximately 1 hour).

Upon arrival, the resort shuttle bus will welcome you and transfer you to your beach resort for check-in.

Phu Quoc is one of Vietnam’s most beautiful island destinations, known for its clear waters, white sandy beaches and relaxed atmosphere. The rest of the day is free for you to relax by the pool, enjoy the beach or explore the resort facilities.

Today is free at leisure to enjoy the island at your own pace. You may relax on the beach, swim in the sea, or join optional activities such as snorkeling, island hopping tours, or visiting local attractions.

Phu Quoc is also famous for its fish sauce production and tropical landscapes, offering a peaceful escape from busy city life.

The morning is at leisure before checking out of the resort.

The resort shuttle bus will transfer you to Phu Quoc Airport for your departure flight to Ho Chi Minh City for onward connection.
